Wonder Spark ("we", "us", "our") provides kids party entertainment in the Greater Seattle area. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect when you visit our website or book a party with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

Contact details you give us. When you submit our booking form, send us an email, or call us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically a parent's name, email address, phone number, party date, venue and the type of event you're planning.
Booking notes. Any preferences you tell us about — age of the birthday child, party theme, allergies for craft activities, accessibility needs — so our entertainers can prepare appropriately.
Browser and device data. Like most websites, our servers log IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are helpful.

Why we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and confirm your booking.
To schedule entertainers, prepare costumes and equipment, and reach you on the day of the party if anything changes.
To send party-related updates and the occasional follow-up after the event (you can opt out anytime).

To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Legal basis

We process your information under one or more of the following bases: your consent (for example, when you submit the booking form), our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and the performance of our contract with you when you book a party.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with team members who need it to deliver your party — our entertainers, schedulers and customer support — and with the small number of trusted service providers we use to run the business (web hosting, email, payment processing). All providers are bound by confidentiality and use the data only on our behalf. We will also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and afterwards for the period required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes (typically up to seven years). Marketing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to opt out of marketing emails, and to ask us not to "sell" or "share" your data (we don't, but you can still confirm this in writing). Washington State residents have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and the Washington Consumer Data Privacy framework. Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies to keep the site working (session, security, language preference) and — only with your consent — analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. Children's privacy

Wonder Spark is in the business of celebrating children, but our website and booking process are intended for parents and guardians. We comply with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents complete all bookings. If you believe a child has provided us information without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, and limited access on a need-to-know basis — to protect the information you share. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care and will notify you of any incident affecting your information as required by law.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage or sent to you by email.
